 We work in partnership with the five local authorities to help develop Travel Plans throughout Tyne and Wear. Our primary objective, through travel planning, is to reduce reliance on single person occupancy car use by promoting realistic alternatives, particularly public transport. Traffic levels are rising at an alarming rate and it is increasingly important to address access to employment sites, residential developments, health and education centres. We can provide advice and guidance to developers, planners and businesses across Tyne and Wear.
