(If any Member has a personal/prejudicial interest please complete the form available at the meeting and hand to the Clerk before they leave the meeting). Members are reminded to verbally declare their interest and the nature of it and, if prejudicial, leave where appropriate at the point of the meeting when the item is to be discussed.
