The Authority has a Whistleblowing Policy to encourage and enable employees to raise concerns within the Authority without fear of victimisation, subsequent discrimination or embarrassment. The Policy applies to all employees and those contractors working for the Authority on its premises, for example, agency staff, builders and drivers. It also covers suppliers and those providing services under a contract with the Authority in their own premises, for example their homes.
